Grześ is our second son. A few years ago when he was eight the doctors found very severe cancer sarcoma prostetae Rhabdomysarcoma embryonale (tumor pelvis minoris) in his body.After over a year of difficult treatment (section, radiotherapy, chemiotherapy) the cancer was eliminated.Unfortunately, only for 4 years. In December 2010 cancer attacked again.

Because all the available in Poland treatment was used 4 years ago, Grześ has no chance in his country.Other, better treatments are avaiable in some Eropean countries, especially in Germany. The doctors from Freiburg say that Grześ can be completely cured and accepted him to be their patient. Unfortunately, there is a very big finantial problem.


We have 3 children. We do not have money and the NFZ (National Health Found) will not refund the treatment or will refund only a small part of it. Similar treatments usually cost about 40 000 eur.


Luckily, the professor in Freiburg has renounced his remuneration and the thereapy will be partially funded by the special hospital fund for curing foreigners. At the moment we need about 20 000 eur (15 000 for the therapy and we hope that 5 000 will be enough to get there, rent appartment and stay there with Grześ).
